Yes, an ever enthralling Saturday at Fi's house, spent on yet another bloody job application. This is yet another one, or 2 actually to try and score a permanant govy job. I got a promotion 2 weeks ago so am acting in a higher position. That, and my regular one are both being advertised so I'm putting in for both.
I actually decided to be PROACTIVE (I know, I'm in shock too) and have been working on this massive thing for 2 weeks. It's now 16 pages! Such is the joy of selection criterias!
But it's now 4:40pm and once I get the washing in I'm going to reward myself with a glass of wine before heading out to see a film at the Brisbane International Film Festival - look at me being all cultural.
Stay posted for job news cause there'll be a big party WHEN (lets be positive) I get one of these jobs!
