A Make Over
Seeming as it's nearly the 1 year anniversary of the BLOG, I thought it was time for a face lift. With all the new templates available now I thought it was time to update. Please let me know your thoughts on the new look!
Road Trip
I was at the Coast for Chinese New Year and after eating srping rolls, pork ribs, stuffed mushrooms, san chow bow, chicken and cashews, chilli beef, satay prawns and deep friend ice-cream, the tummy was well and truly full.
I woke up the next day and decided to take myself for a little road trip. It's normally a Xmas exercusion I do but it was a little late this year. I headed to Byron and went up to the lighthouse which was beautiful. It's also the most easterly point of OZ for all you geography buffs. The markets were one so it was crazy so I went to Lennox Heads for lunch.
I perched myself on the deck at Ruby's On The Sea and watched a guy kite surfing as I enjoyed my ciabatta and glass of wine. I then came home through Ballina which was the site of many a childhood Christmas holiday so it was a great day. A girls weekend to Lennox Heads is now in the planning.
Wine tip - Crowded House Savignon Blanc from NZ of course - a definite winner!
